Crowne Acquisition’s management has been in the real estate business for over 25 years. During that time, we have experienced, and successfully managed, some of the wild swings, from double digit inflation and interest rates in the mid-teens to the boom – bust cycle of the dot com era to the current unique environment. Our specialty has always been to provide out of the box solutions and creative management to enhance the value of real estate assets.

Crowne Acquisition considers several categories of real estate as potential opportunities, including office buildings, single tenant, mixed use, strip centers, residential, multi-family and construction opportunities.

Crowne Acquisition seeks properties where creative solutions to difficult situations, coupled with management experience, can be applied to revitalize and realize significant upside opportunities. We also look for single tenant and triple net properties for our investment portfolio.
With our seasoned team of professionals, we can leverage our strengths to minimize risk, improve the underlying asset, and create solutions that will attract end users while providing above market returns to the owners and investors.

Geographic Interest

Crowne Acquisition primarily focuses on projects in California, Nevada and Arizona. However, we will consider projects outside this area on a case by case basis.
